This free program helps pregnant people and new parents connect with other parents, babies and health care professionals.

Milk coupons are offered to pregnant people and families with babies up to 6 months of age.

A healthy snack is served.

Bus tickets are available for those who take the bus to the group

Pregnant people, and parents/caregivers with infants under one year

Time & Location

Wednesdays in person at Access NorWest, 785 Keewatin St. in room 103 at 1:30pm. Please call to register.
