DBT is an evidence-based treatment program for individuals struggling with self-harm and thoughts of suicide.
Adolescents ages 13-18 years commit to meeting with a therapist one time per week and attend a weekly skills training group with their parent/caregiver (Wednesdays 4:30pm-6pm at Access NorWest, 785 Keewatin St.) for a minimum of 6 months.
